“Sympathetic” by Seether
Shinedown, Seether, & 3 Doors Down. Three great bands, three memorable performances. Headed down to Hard Rock Live about 1/2 an hour before the doors opened to make sure we got close to the stage. Our planning paid off, as we got FRONT ROW to an eventually packed house, and came home with some souvenirs.
We became owners of a pick from Shinedown, a towel thrown out by leadman Shaun Morgan from Seether, AND a 3 Doors Down pick that I caught IN THE AIR. I must say, it was an incredible catch on my part. Thanks to Matt Roberts of 3 Doors Down for that final pick toss of the night! Brad Arnold has really got an incredible live voice, I was quite impressed with him and the entire lineup last night.
The night ended with me almost smashing into a car in front of me on I-4. Thank goodness the Jeep stopped on a dime before impact, it could have been messy situation.
