Multi-tasking has taken on a whole new meaning lately. Work keeps flowing, and checklists seem to keep accumulating on my desk. The overflow of projects is definitely good, but requires all kinds of TO DO lists (short and long term). Keeping myself in check with what requires attention at certain points in the life of a project is imperative to successful launches, and happy customers.
The last few months I’ve been focusing on 4-5 large websites. In between tasks, I’ve managed to crunch in a few smaller projects like a logo/biz card design, a small website for a Maid service based out of Atlanta, some small design work for Holiday Inn, and existing client updates including a massive AdsforHealth.com update. I have about a dozen projects on my plate right now, and there are no signs of letting up.
Here are some screenshots of a redesign I’m doing for a private K-12 school based out of Montverde, which is 30 miles West of Orlando. I met with them last Friday to show them modifications to the designs, and they were fairly pleased and ready to move forward with development. I was also able to get some basic video work (compositing and editing) out of them, so I can integrate into the designs. Sweet.
