My Grandparents were in the central Florida vicinity this week, so I drove over to Winter Haven last night to spend the evening with them.
The dinner menu consisted of enchiladas, Mexican rice, and some irresistible homemade strawberry shortcake for those who have rights to a “2nd stomach”.
A few days ago, they had to cut their month long trip short because my Grandma was having some complications with her heart. So, I really enjoyed every minute I was able to spend from them. Thanks for a delicious dinner and a lively evening – see you both at Rend Lake in July!
